Because of lack of fluids, a series of complaints usually haunt women while they fast. Dry skin, cracked lips, feet or skin peeling is the “food” daily. Here’s a tip to overcome them.
* Face
The key is to know the type of your skin. If skin types including dry, use a moisturizing cleanser, followed by applying moisturizer kind of creamy.
* Lip
Lips are the important thing of the body moisturizing. Licking the lips is not the proper way to overcome the lips dry or chapped. On the contrary, will make your lips drier. Apply lip balm regularly, including before going to bed. Alternatively, Dab petroleum jelly. Then, using a tooth brush, lips brush in a circular motion to remove dead and dry skin. Then, wipe with a soft residual petroleum jelly. Repeat again and again until no dry lips.
* Body
The more dry skin, the more moisturizer you need. Put moisturizer on your whole body after bathing, because it will more quickly absorb the moisturizer on damp skin. Avoid bathing with warm water so that no more dry skin.
* Hands and feet
Provide moisturizer wherever you want to go. Such as in the office. Choose a moisturizer that contains sun screen as protection for the skin from the adverse effects of sunlight. Dab is also a moisturizer on the hands and feet after doing water-related activities, such as washing dishes bathing. If the skin is very dry, dab moisturizer before you go tobed.
